As of 2018, all Dasin fleet will be implementing Videotel as part of crew training onboard.
Videotel provides over 950 titles for the training needs of the seafaring community across the world, covering all the functional areas of the “The Standards of Training, Certification & Watchkeeping Convention” (STCW) Code.
Videotel is a combined, blended learning approach to training which contains:
- Video;
- 3D animation;
- Interactive CBT (computer-based training);
- Interactive maritime training courses
Videotel allows for a flexible and stimulating approach to training – whether in groups or by self study, onboard, onshore or online – with the mixture of high drama, animation, tests and of top quality training.
Through these top quality training, it allows our fleets to have effective crew training, management onboard and provide our crews to strive for further improvement.
